- 1. RMA service is for Consumers of BYTECC products that are out of the Return/Refund period from Retailers.
- 2. Please email to our Tech support/RMA department to see if we can help to solve the problems First.
- 3. Warranty is valid for 1 year from invoice date and copy of Original invoice is needed for applying RMA.
- 4. Any product that was misused, neglected, with physical damage or used with other non-Bytecc products is NOT covered.
- 5. Merchandise needs to be received by BYTECC within 15 working days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number is issued.
- 6. All return RMA number should be visible printed on the shipping label or clearly displayed on the outside of the box. All packages without an RMA number and RMA form will be refused.
- 7. Return shipping fee will be US$10 (For Canada, Hawaii, Alaska fee will be higher)
- 8. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts and packaging.
- 9. RMAs will be replaced with same items or similar items ONLY.
